Roles We Are Hiring For
What You'll Do
Our projects are diverse, so no two days are the same. You may work on:
- Bathroom and basement remodels
- Deck and fence construction
- Window and door installation
- Structural framing and repairs
- Drywall installation and finishing
- Interior and exterior trim carpentry
- Siding, soffit, fascia, and exterior repairs
- Insurance restoration and reconstruction
- Water damage demolition and rebuilds
- General carpentry and construction projects
During the winter months, our team also provides commercial snow removal services throughout the Omaha area.
Who We're Looking For
This is not an entry-level labor position.
We're looking for someone who doesn't wait to be told what to do. The ideal team member is self-motivated, dependable, and able to think through problems before simply asking for answers.

Qualifications
Required:
- Valid driver's license
- Clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds
- Comfortable working on ladders and in varying weather conditions
- Reliable transportation to and from work
Preferred:
- 2+ years of construction, remodeling, or carpentry experience
- Experience with framing, finish carpentry, drywall, remodeling, or restoration
- Comfortable reading a tape measure and construction plans
- Experience operating trailers and construction equipment
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in the field
Winter Snow Removal Responsibilities
Commercial snow removal is an important part of our business during the winter season. All crew members are expected to assist during snow events.
Responsibilities include:
- Operating a company 3/4-ton pickup truck equipped with a snowplow
- Safely driving in winter weather conditions
- Clearing commercial parking lots
- Shoveling sidewalks, entrances, and walkways
- Applying ice melt when necessary
- Working overnight, early morning, weekend, and holiday shifts during snow events
