Hey Omaha area! I’m Kyle Kirby, Owner of Kirby’s Property Service, LLC. Along with a hardworking crew, we proudly serve homeowners and businesses across the Omaha metro!

You’ve probably seen us around — on job sites, running trucks and trailers, or helping out during storms and emergency calls. I wanted to take a minute to properly introduce myself and share a little about who we are.

I was born and raised right here in Omaha, Nebraska, and this business honestly started way before I even knew what I was building. Back when I was 9 years old, I started mowing my parents’ lawn and a neighbor’s yard for $5–$10 thinking I had it made. Around that same time, I was also helping my dad on small construction projects, learning the basics and picking up a lot of the skills and work ethic that still carry into our jobs today.

That turned into mowing more lawns through high school and eventually became Kirby’s Lawn Service.

In 2015, I started getting into the construction side of things — taking on small projects, learning the trade, and building experience. Over time, that side of the business kept growing until in 2022, I made the move to go full-time into construction.

That’s when we rebranded into what we are today — Kirby’s Property Service, LLC.

What started as mowing lawns has grown into a full-service construction and property service company, but the foundation hasn’t changed — hard work, doing things the right way, and taking care of people.
