Here's what we were starting with - a dated bathroom that hadn't been touched in decades. Dolphin wallpaper border, old single-sink vanity, worn-out tile, and a tub surround that had run its course. When these new homeowners came to us, they didn't want a patch job. They wanted the whole thing done right.
So we went all the way down to the studs. Every surface came out. New plumbing rough-in, new backer board, new everything. That's the only way to know what you're working with behind the walls - and to make sure the finished product actually holds up long-term. No shortcuts.
The tub surround went in with vertically stacked tile and a built-in niche - a small detail that makes a big practical difference when you're not dealing with a wire rack falling off a wall every week. The bronze hardware ties it all together and gives the whole space a warm, finished look that feels intentional rather than random.
On the vanity side, we replaced the old single-sink setup with a double vanity - wood-toned cabinetry, marble-look countertop, and dual bronze faucets. Two sinks in a shared bathroom is one of those upgrades that sounds simple but genuinely changes how the space functions every single morning. The checkered floor tile pulls the whole design together without trying too hard.
Every piece of this remodel - tile, plumbing, cabinetry, lighting, hardware, finishing trim - was handled by our crew start to finish. That's how you get a result that actually feels cohesive. No handoffs, no miscommunication between trades, no waiting around. Just one team seeing it through from demo to the last towel bar on the wall.
